– and start. CamDesigner automatically calculates the correct position and dispensing
volume for each pad, the operator friendly Easy Dispense software does the rest.
Additional features are the effective nozzle cleaning concept and the Standby Function.

of 1:30 can be deposited, with highest consistency
(± 3%) even for the smallest dots
(Ø 0.13 mm). The gentle Advanced Time
Pressure Process prevents separation
and is also suitable for the finest solder
