Where Small Is Beautiful: |
Microscopic Detailed View For Working With Miniature SMD Components |
| Looking through the Microscope opens up another world. One is transported into the realm of the smallest objects; even the solder joints of miniature SMD components are accessible through the power of the lens. This simple principle MARTIN have been flagged up to provide the reworker with new and, above all, simplified options in the area of manual soldering.
| With the bright, ergonomically distinguished Stereo Zoom Microscope MARTIN present users with an easier approach to deal with meticulous work on microscopically small SMD Components (01005 SMDs). The Microscope leads to spatial awareness and with its high quality precision optics produces crisp and clear views that enable faster and more reliable rework. |
Three Dimensional And In Colour |
The third dimension is particularly useful when soldering, as considerably more information is available about the solder joints. A powerful, dimmable LED Ring Light, giving clear and sharp views of the solder joints, provides illumination.
Users benefit from additional ergonomic adjustments. A novel axes system allows the position of the Microscope to be altered at any time to suit user preferences and to avoid strains and tiring over long periods of use. By giving a comfortable working distance between Printed Circuit Board and Microscope of 140 mm even the most demanding applications are well catered for. The Stereo Zoom Microscope is an optional accessories and is recommended for use with the MARTIN units Hot Beam 05 or Expert 04.6.
