Three types of Flex-Suport rails are available
Spring loaded pins adjust to topography of bottom side PCB
Comparred to any fix type of PCB supportthe new Flex Support respects the PCB bottom side topografy and avoids local pressure point. The PCS is supported by several spring loaded pins which push carefully against the PCB.
Handling is simple: The Flex Support bar will be installed between the underheater and the PCB, the pins reliefed. All pins adjust its height auomatically as they are spring loaded and push upwards. After the bar is placed propperly under the PCB the extended pins will be locked by turning the knob at the end of the Flex Support.
