During temperature increase while heating the PCB the carrier material becomes soft and instable. Supposed the PCB is clamped at its corners only the middle would sag and create mechanical stress on the components, copper layer and solder joints. Those deformations must be avioded since they will remain in cold condition, after temperature cycling is terminated. Constant mechanical stress would stay on the board.
The PCB Fix Support is a simple solution to prevent saging of PCB center. Several steady pins support the PCB from downside. Three types of PCB Fix Support bars are available:
For 3000W Underheater: PCB-Fix Support 5 Pin Item# SF36.1003
