CCD-Camera for set-up and and teachin of pattern
All DOTLINER machines are supplied with a CCD camera. The camera allows, amongst other features, the confirmation of the actual PCB position, compared with the alignment fiducials in the dispensing program.the fix-focus camera provides therefore a field of view in the size of 14x8mm².
EASY-DISPENSE adjusts the dispensing pattern to the actual board and compensates for any rotation deviation.
In addition to avove features the camera can be used for teaching of dispense pattern.
