Manual dispensing with high quality results

Dispensing varied materials across a wide range of viscosities – using the same equipment! Especially solder pastes and other filled media have always been particularly demanding when reliable and consistent results are expected. The CLEVER DISPENSE equipment family offer the optimum solution as bench top work stations or to complement automatic machine applications.

Consistent results are assured and setting up is extraordinarily easy thanks to the refined real time process control of the Advanced-Time-Pressure Technology.  Any desired dispensing volume can be set directly at the unit, for example.  Superior process control automatically compensates for temperature dependent viscosity changes and the fill level of the syringe.

Application

Fields of application for hand dispenser are wide and can be found in any R&D lab but also in production. CLEVER-DISPENS systems are widely known in electronics industry as they have superior performance while dispensing solder paste, flux or underfil.

CLEVER-DISPENS systems can be operated from external control and are available in OEM kits. Therefore system integrator like them to install them in pick&placesystems or integrate them for application in micro assembly.
