Automated Dispensing

Precise dispensing of solder paste, underfill and adhesives are carried out very competently with the DOTLINER family while using CAD data. The CAM-DESIGNER software converts PCB layouts into positioning coordinates and thus simplifies setting up for rework, development and small production runs.

The integrated ATP Dispensing Technology ensures high quality in terms of accuracy and precision. With the options ‘Height Sensor’ and ‘Temperature Control’ excellent results are achieved in all dot and line dispensing applications. Decades of rigorous development have led to a wide spectrum of special nozzles, solder pastes suitable for dispensing and optional expansion modules.

Application

Fields of application might be found in any low volume production or R&D labs where precise dispensing of dots or lines is of high importance. Media in a wide range of viscosity might be dispensed through the same dispense system without any change of configuration. Media as solder paste, glues, flux, grease, oil, coatings, super glue etc. can be processed.
